Team – Just wanted to share some positive feedback. Today as I was walking back from WL4 I observed the Interstate snow removal contractors working very hard to ensure the safety of our employees by clearing snow from in between all the vehicles in handicapped parking.

I received several compliments from tenants regarding the ‘obviously new vendor’. They mentioned that the sidewalks/parking fields are being kept in ‘tip top/impeccable/great/awesome shape’, and a couple of the newer tenants mentioned that where they were at in Grayslake before, was never so well kept.
And my fussiest tenants, raved about Interstate. This amount of feedback on a vendor change so quickly in a season? Priceless!
I just wanted to let you know that our Valet volunteer this morning was very impressed with the snow plowing company. He said they were doing an excellent job while he was on duty this morning.
The crew has really hit their stride – the roads, sidewalks, and stairs were flawless again this morning! I just love it when I pull into the campus off of the City of Eagan streets and I see black pavement! Please pass along my thanks to the crew! Jeff
